A fashion milestone, Linda Evangelista is one of the few "supermodels" to have risen to fame in the 80s, when fashion was at its height. Needless to say, she was photographed by the greatest fashion photographers, amongst them Steven Meisel.

 

This book presents over 180 images taken during a twenty-five-year relationship between the photographer and his muse. It depicts the evolution of the photographer's vision, as well as his admiration and friendship for the supermodel, whom he photographed in a variety of imaginative contexts and occasions.
